Kānewai Spring & Kalauha‘iha‘i Fishpond

Kānewai is one of the last remaining freshwater springs in East O‘ahu. Nearby Kalauha‘iha‘i was once the summer resort of the ali‘i and part of the rich fishery of Niu. Learn their histories, habitats, and community restoration efforts.
