Christmas Night Self-Guided Tours
We invite you to join us for this rare occasion to tour the Palace in the evening, with the glow of Christmas lights dancing across the walls and the sound of Christmas carols floating down the hall. It truly is a magical time of the year.
During your visit of the secluded mountain-home and summer retreat of Queen Emma of Hawai‘i, you will learn about the life and legacy of the Queen, her husband King Kamehameha IV and their son, Prince Albert Edward. As you experience one of the three remaining royal palaces in the islands, we hope you’ll rediscover the rich legacy of Hawai‘i’s ali‘i during the monarchy period.
Last entry into the Palace Museum is at 8 PM. Reservations are recommended, walk-ins are welcomed–we’ll see you then!
