Stephanie Marrack blends traditional Hawaiian healing practices with Hatha Yoga to help you build your balance, flexibility and strength with hanu ‘olu‘olu--an easy breath. She hopes to promote lōkahi--harmony and balance, and pono--well-being for an overall healthier you. Stephanie has been teaching yoga since 1999 and has been a student of yoga for over 40 years. She accepts all skill levels from beginner to the advanced practitioner
