We are pleased and excited to announce the limited re-opening of the Queen Emma Summer Palace by reservation for private tours, Tuesday through Saturday! To ensure the health and safety of visitors, volunteers, and our employees, starting on October 3, the Palaces will open to the public on a limited basis.

Visit the secluded mountain-home and summer retreat of Queen Emma of Hawai‘i. Experience one of the three remaining royal palaces in the islands. Rediscover the rich legacy of Hawai‘i’s ali‘i during the monarchy period.

Reservations are required and tours are limited. After safely touring the museum, visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the grounds while relaxing in the sunshine, all while observing physical distancing.
