Palace Admissions

Visitors can learn important parts of Hawaiian history as they explore the Queen Emma Summer Palace, the secluded mountain-home and summer retreat of Queen Emma of Hawai‘i from 1857 to 1885, her husband King Kamehameha IV and their son, Prince Albert Edward.

  • Docent-guided tours by reservation Friday and Saturday.
  • Self-guided tours Wednesday through Saturday, 10 AM - 3 PM.
  • Limited space available on docent-guided tours.
  • Walk-ins welcome based on availability.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation.
